Training schedule

Saturday & Sunday:

10:30 – 11:30
12:00 – 13:30
14:30 – 16:00

Monday:

10:00 – 12:00

If there is enough interest, participants can use the class in the middle of the weekend for kata with the chief instructor for all kata in Egypt, Aziz Kheder. In that case, send a messenger message with your name to Alf Ronny Fagerland. This is only if the interest is great enough.

Out and eat Saturday and Sunday

Saturday:

16:30 – Pizza dinner after training
Pizza incl. one soda for 175 NOK.
Served in the hall after training.

Sunday:

19:00 – Dinner at Egon, Smedasundet 93, Haugesund (Map)
